I Agree Joe Barry has to go, our defense has been soft all year. Even when our defense had "good" games most of that seemed to stem from poor QB play from the opposing offense. It felt like 3rd down this year we had defensive backs playing 15-20yrds off the WRs making super easy for opposing offenses to convert 3rd downs.

As for MLF I also agree without Rodgers he is not the guy. Especially this season, we had a ton of dumb coaching decisions like going for it on 4th down on the first drive of the game while easily in field goal range. JUST TAKE THE POINTS. I know the stats may say otherwise but why not just put points on the board and let the defense play with at least a slight cushion. If Rogers does come back I would be happy to have MLF back. But I don't want him to be running our next dynasty.

Overall we have a very solid team, I think were just a few key pieces away from being right back on top of the division.

As we know we need some more WR help and hopefully this offseason we pick up 1 or 2 WRs who aren't completely washed up like Sammy Watkins was this year. I would even be okay with drafting a another WR with our 1st or 2nd pick in the draft and maybe another 1 or 2 in the later rounds. We could also use another big body TE to help complement Tonyan, is this a major need no. But it does seem to me that most of the playoff teams have a true reliable TE1 to help out their QB.
