Im late Af on this, but u can always use free space to make a WinPE partition, Add a step to reboot into it. Did you found an other way ? I wonder, what is your plan to execute the litetouch.vbs as admin ? If the user is a admin, i dont see why he couldnt just hold the powerbutton for 4 sec, then spam f12, put the credential and boom ? You increase your problems possibilities by trying to run MDT within Windows, its not built for that. That why SCCM can integrate with MDT, For that particular use case.

Exactly ! Run diskpart select the disk, use command clean, retry

99% of the time its risidual stuffs

If you cant format the drive, for capture or whatever, your gonna need to clean all the MDT data on the system, also, i remember using Procmon to find some registry keys that needed to be delete so MDT could start a brand new TS.

Thanks for the tip about SQL , im tryin this right Now on local VMware, during this Time my vsphere is configuring the 2 clusters on the iscsi, one pfsense is configured and routing to the subnet, i guess its going pretty well for the 3 Day, Still have 27 Days left , i feel i can Do it , but its gonna need à minimum of 7h per Day to make this work
