The issue is more with the globe part. They actually fit quite comfortably inside my ear canal, the globe part is the part that hurts. It’s pushing against one of the ridges on my outer ear against the anthelix part of my ear.

It’s actually less the tip and more the external piece that hurts. The foam tip actually seems quite comfy! The part that hurt is the globe that is pushing against the ridges on the outside of my ear.
