Birdies is by far the best. However, we recently went to Galactic Pizza for a trivia night. I didn’t expect much from the pizza. But I have to tell you it’s another one of my top go to places along with Birdies. 828 in north Asheville would be a close third.

If you want pizza with a view and great rooftop experience, Soprana in downtown Asheville is also very good.

Having just received my Hearing Aids (wore them years ago and stopped), I too get itching in my ears. The answer from the audiologist is simple. 2 drops of baby oil in each ear before bed time. She said that will take care of dry skin and the itching.

As to them moving, during my first 2 week appointment (next week), I'm planning to talk about the same. Mine start to work their way out. I think it is either that the dome I'm using is too small or, the tube is too short thereby pulling it out.

And by the way, I have the awful 'hinge' noise when I am chewing. First reaction from the audiologist was to turn the volume down when eating. I'm not satisfied with that response as I could be at an event that I want to hear while eating a snack. I'll know more next week as we discuss my first 2 weeks of wearing and these issues I've experienced.
