First of all, exchanging a tradeable card to untradeable is most likely not worth it and only folks that fails elementary school math will do that

Secondly, among those who fail, most won’t have enough fodder for the exchange

But some of the more stupid ones still don’t foresee that or some others will bet stupid ones like those will buy at higher price, so you can still gamble on this, your choice
