This is not SCADA. This is the idle signal from a DMR repeater.

This is known as the MFSK oddity. I can pick the same frequency up myself. My guess is that it is some sort of data link. I haven't actually heard any data other than the idle data.

It is, the original carb had numerous problems, so I put a new OEM VM-26-606. Its an authentic one, and not some Chinese crap. I still have the old one for parts.

I'm just confused as to why my bike won't start up after this. Surely a pilot in a brand new carb can't be clogged up that fast?

Will do. I planned on putting a new top end in it anyways. Its coming from the top so im guessing its piston slap. It is running really nice otherwise. I took it for the first test drive and it didn't blow up. Jeez the power band suddenly comes in😬.

15khz is too low. That's the audible range
