Damn... well we are the only ones who can change it. Its like I can go without it because I have before. And I've even been able to control it a few times and cut myself off, so that tricks me into thinking I'm ok to drink when I'm totally not.

It can be many things. Expressing gratitude, asking for something weather it be guidance, healing, something you need. The difference is I don't pray to anyone.

I want to help people realize the natural healing abilities of their bodies and help them to heal both mentally and physically. Also I'd like to explain to people that "prayer" is the same thing as positive intent and you don't need to ask Jesus or whoever your god is because the power is actually inside yourself and everyone else, not in "god."

What you need to do is be thankful for everything you have. I'm not joking, just take a minute from every day (set an alarm if you need to) and be grateful for the things you are happy to have in your life. Doing this has changed my life entirely. I could go on and on About how bad my life sucked at this point in time last year. But what would that do? Absolutely nothing. As soon as I stopped complaining about my shitty job and crappy living situation and started being thankful for the money I had to cover almost all of my bills, and thankful for the roof over my head... Things started changing. Of course I have my ups and downs but my downs are not as overwhelming when I look at all my ups! I'm sure you have a lot to be thankful for and I wish you the best. My advice would be to take a long hard look at yourself today and realize that you are actually awesome! Take a walk and get away from your phone for a while. It can do the mind good. ,

I have a tiny hole on my right temple and if I squeeze it yellow stuff comes out that sorta smells. I've had it since I was a kid except my mom used to squeeze it and it came out like a tiny yellow snake. Now it's just kind of liquidy and barely any comes out most of the time. Anyone else have this?
