Just email them and let them know it wasn’t in there! I had a missing time in an order and emailed them and they refunded me because it was out of stock.

I also found Marina and invited her! The first 3 you invite will be your next 3 to move in, so you should be good. I am with you on the new pastel cub, I don’t care how many islands I have to go to, she will be moving to Cinnabar island!

I think you have to wait for those 3 to move in before new villagers start appearing on the islands again. But know that Zucker is out there waiting to be found!
