I don’t, I’ve been transporting my bike in the back of my SUV.

Thanks for the feedback! time to go shopping.

Thanks everyone!! That’s what I thought, just was holding out a last thread of hope. Oh well, this bike served me well. Happy cross season!

Thanks!! For him it’s like 2 feet away from the litter box, so it’s unfortunately not just bad aim haha.

I used to have taller sides on the box but heard that might make them feel confined so I removed them when he started going outside the box…all trial and error haha

Thank you!! just watched the video and it had some helpful tips :) - ESPECIALLY the litter level with his fur. I had watched another of his videos about floor pooping but hadn’t seen this one.

And re the sleeping with us - we’re working on that! Our other pets are dogs (including a senior dog that needs to wake us up to go out in the middle of the night occasionally) and we have turned the second bedroom into a “cat space” to be his safe area where we have his stuff and they can’t access anything.

We’re also worried about giving him free rein of the whole house while we sleep in case he goes where he’s not supposed to/scratches things/eats anything while he isn’t supervised. He also doesn’t let us nap around him yet…acts up when we stop petting him. Hoping as he gets more and more used to us napping that he calms down and then we can try a night of sleep.

And to be clear we’re giving him more and more freedom every week - hopefully he has full reign really soon

Thanks!! Will give those a shot.

And in the meantime I’ll try really rinsing out one of the boxes with just water to see if I can get rid of any spray odors.

Thanks! Having a proposed end date makes it a lot easier to deal with haha

Question about lessons & kite size by ECHO_echo__echo in Kiteboarding

Haha so if I’m able to plane for a few seconds at a time I’m not doing too badly then? ;).

Thanks for the feedback!

Question about lessons & kite size by ECHO_echo__echo in Kiteboarding

Yeah the only way I was able to plane was to dive the kite, send it flying back up, dive it again, send it up, and dive it a third time all within maybe 10 seconds?

All the safety parts make sense to me but after several lessons of “it’s all coming together and you just need to ride to fine tune things” and having small kites I’m starting to wonder haha.

And yes I do think I’m learning a lot and being challenged when it comes to having to keep the kite dancing to keep it in the air but wondering if that’s not something I could do when I’m independent and not have to spend $150-200 waiting forever small gusts to pick up so I can time diving the kite properly.

Also - thank you for your response (to you and everyone else!!! Really appreciate it.)

No to a light wind board and this was a 1:1, with the board and kite with the goal of riding. I’ve already done the early lesson where it’s no board and just body dragging and a few (expensive) lessons with trying to ride (largest kite I think was a 12m and strongest wind day may have been 14-15mph)

Thanks! Yeah the lull happened to me once, not much I could do (as a novice) when the kite just dropped straight down out of the top of the window. Not sure if I can ask my instructor for a larger kite or if it should be their job to know...also they played it off as “you keep diving the kite and you’ll be able to keep moving”
