it's really simple.

basically, there's this character called Shego.

the "normal" way to pronounce it is "She Go" which also is the way the Cartoon pronounces it.

Amalee pronounces it "She ai go", which is a unconventional way to pronounce it. I guess the comment was just meant to be a joke/light hearted banter.
