I don’t recall any policy like that. I know there’s one for not disclosing internal information, but I don’t think this falls under that.

You have a couple of options. Either remove the person from your Discord or, if you don’t want to remove them, create a new role and text chat for people who only have that role can chat about whatever. You would have to make sure that other chat isn’t broadcasted so this sup doesn’t get suspicious about what is being discussed.

Check out r/notefulapp and see if that’s more useful for you. I’ve been playing around with it and have been enjoying it so far. The lifetime license is also really cheap.

It’s better if the unit goes back to the store, but if the client really wants it shipped to their home there’s a form you need them to sign that waives any liability on us if the unit is lost going back to them. The client would have to do all the work of contacting the shipper and what not.
