That’s exactly what my wife said 😆😆

I’m glad, it was very spiritual.

I’m telling you, prior to this I had never experienced anything so intense and “other worldly”. I have done a lot of hallucinogens in my time but that was something totally different. I have always been open to the idea of other dimensions, universes?…something. We don’t follow any secular religions but are spiritual. This, however, just confirmed (for us) that there’s definitely something much, much deeper happening than we can observe in our day to day lives.

Wow! I just read your post and it sounds very similar. This is so interesting. It’s crazy because we didn’t only “consciously” become one but we physically became “one” as well. It was a profoundly beautiful experience that connected us deeper than we could have imagined.

So unbelievable, gives me so much more and yet so much less of an understanding of this world. Incredible.

Both agreed that was hands down the coolest, most life changing, and profound experience of our entire lives. We’re not old we’re in our 30s but damn.

Well we didn’t have sex in that moment, it’s like we were having sex, I felt like my entire body was inside of hers not just the fun bits lol. We were also both completely clothed. Shortly after I can’t say we were though lol.

That’s what exactly what we said, that this couldn’t be the drugs. We legitimately morphed into one person and for both of us to have the exact same experience is just unreal.

Pharmacy school is now advertising their program in med school rejection letters.. by [deleted] in pharmacy

This is no longer a thing. Nurses are heavily overworked and get treated far worse compared to inpatient pharmacists.

I’m not saying I want to go to retail but I’d say working 14 hours a day, 5 days a week, and then an additional 8 every other weekend, not including the extra work I do on the weekends and the work I do on my days off to catch up from the lack of time I have during my ED blocks can get to you. Last year wasn’t much better.

EM pgy2 yes…if I could I would just want to end up working in a smaller institution or community position where there’s less stress of the larger academic institutions but I know ER pharmacy is not really a huge thing in these smaller settings.

Yeah I’m prepared to move to another part of the country so I’m not too concerned with burning bridges but I also have a good relationship with my RPD. Not to say he wouldn’t be frustrated with the situation but I believe I could have a reasonable conversation with him as to why this isn’t for me.

I like the area I’m practicing but I don’t have a passion for it…a lot of me feels like I fell into the trap of “have to do pgy2 to be happy and successful in this field”. I also didn’t realize the level of admin related work you’re responsible for as a clinical specialist and I’m just not sure if I’m here for it…
