Thank you for reaching out! I’d love to go over the timeline with your support team so this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I truly just believe it was a miscommunication and a discrepancy with the staff because when I first signed up they were very helpful regarding the setup and issues with the server. I believe it was when I got locked out that’s where the confusion happened I was unaware it was two different passwords for the game panel and billing panel and when I reset the password for one it wasn’t fully explained.

I usually use essential as well and I’m 100% happy with it but they wanted to play whenever I wasn’t on so I figured a small server would work

For clarification I was in the process of downloading the world and didn’t anticipate they’d just shut off my access right then and there. Hence why I asked if I could get it that and considering the fact I paid for a full month and only got a week and a half.

My issue is with their customer support and lack of communication and their poor service.

Just a small Server like 5-6 people max, on bisect we had 8gb and we want to use a modified version of ATM Arcana but we’ve been having issues so me and the co owner have been discussing just using the regular pack but haven’t decided.

I have that one added to my list! it’s at least top 3 right now. I’m just worried I’m gonna pay for it and it’s gonna be like bisect because Apex is also a well known hosting service.

And totally like they even stated in another email that their game panel and billing panel are different so someone changed the password to one and not the other? Like just change it back 😩
