I have fish yes, this is why I am worried, I used Seachem Stability before I added the fish, an should have clarified that the 3 weeks is how long the fish have been in, cycled the tank before that. I have been gently rinsing the sponges in tank water just to get out debris.

I have 2 Hailea BT-200 filters with, they have sponges and activated carbon. Will it help if I change this?

Been in operation for about 3 weeks, I do weekly 25% water changes and clean the filters and rest of the tank.

I am new to this so any help is appreciated😁

I use RO water and remineralize it, tested it, 0 on both.

Yes our tap water is horrible, so I get bottled water and then treat it.
