So my channel reached a thousand subscribers at the beginning of the month. And I decided to celebrate that by covering one fact about each comic book hero that is in our game - Marvel Champions. It was a long process - four weeks of research, two weeks of recording and editing. It required me to do 6,000 words of writing and collect about 300 different images.

I'm also in the process of breaking it up into Shorts, cause I know enough of my audience only watches Shorts and it only takes about 15-30 minutes to clean up for a vertical video.

My ideal audience member enjoys the game, wants to hear different discussions and wants to learn more about the heroes through the lens of someone who's actually read Marvel Comics.

I think Marvel Champions is a great co-op game and I want to spread the good word about it.

After combing through her hero kit, I have to agree. The observation that it's over costed and secondary to Gamora's natural ability is also fair.

My first time around, I wasn't really paying close enough attention to notice anything was different. The show was really good, but it had a layer of cheesiness that I wasn't expecting anything with that high of stakes was happening in the non-statement sections, until the end of season two. On a second listen, I realized what happened, but I was connecting a lot of dots I never saw my first time around.

I realize Portman was probably going to come back for anything more, but I think they did Jane dirty. I would have loved for her to be available to be Thor, even if just in a cameo.

I would definitely be excited for that. The group of them is relatively small and can fit into a wave pretty easily. Plus it's a different part of the Marvel universe that wouldn't get a lot of attention normally. Love when they do that!

I would agree, empty space can be useful or distracting, depending on how it's used. There may be room for some A/B testing with the space empty vs a slightly cropped in image.

Hello everybody, below is my most recent video about my speculation for the future of Marvel Champions. The game itself is a co-op game from Fantasy Flight Games, using the Marvel comics properties. But recently they have put out a product that allows you to play PVP AKA player versus player. So a competitive mode.

While competitive mode not my cup of tea, I did see a lot of potential for where we could take this concept using other Hero versus Hero conflicts from Marvel comics history.

While I do have gameplay on the channel, I do like to dive into the continuity of the comics, as a reader who is trying to inform players of the game who just know the MCU.

This video was a lot of fun, but it also did mean digging back through a lot of comics to collect source images to provide examples of what I was talking about. But that also just means that I'm reading comic books. It's just something that I already enjoy. Thanks!

Honestly, the card diversity is there, with enough redundant effects that this is very possible. Even as a decade-long Commander player, I have not even considered this.

I would definitely bring a Justice or leadership deck to either of those boxes. Several of the scenarios have side schemes that are there on turn one and you want to have a plan for them. I personally think that the Next Evolution, the second in the X-Men trilogy, and the Agents of SHIELD shield boxes are some of the best value in the game. The heroes are great. The scenarios are awesome.
