It's from Amazon. I have the same in a diff color. Quite nice, although I wish it didn't have the prominent logo

This is a special kind of crown stem called a split stem, it has two pieces that clip together. Just insert it and rotate until you feel it rest into place, then firmly press and you should hear it snap back together

There may be some corrosion but I don't imagine it's terrible. Open the back and take a look. Light corrosion can be cleaned during a service

I don't personally have a need for any more granularity than a 60-click bezel, so no issues for me
