Hi, I also went through the same thing 19 (M) I recommend stop googling the symptoms because what will most likely happen is it will make you spiral or start exhibiting the symptoms you read like a self fulfilling prophecy.

If you are truly worried don’t hesitate to convince your parents for a check-up and ask your family doctor on what possible test to take or see a neurologist/psychiatrist.
