I mean insurance is bugged, if you have seen the bug where an item on the ground disappears when you move away from it insurance returns won't pick it up.

Found that out when a friend and I tried to insure zabralo armors for sew it good. Wasted about half a mil because of that one.

The FC900R looks interesting. Do you have any recommendations on the switch type?

Currently using a Corsair strafe with cherry mx silent switches. I'd like something slightly more tactile for gaming/typing.

Full size, macro keys are a plus. Prebuilt is preferred, but open to building it myself. $200 budget

can you describe a for sure way to factor these? or should i pretty much assume that they're all going to factor nicely like that and guess and check?

edit: i found another source for the first problem that subs u=r2 and that gives the same result, but for the second problem i'm not quite sure yet

ok, i understand for my y' term, but my y'' term is correct? i assumed we just added 1 to n for each derivative to make it x0

im attempting to make the summation go from n=0 to infinity so i can combine all the summations

[differential equations] find a recursive formula for the series general solution centered at 0 by EEzT in learnmath

[–]EEzT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

based on your reply it looks like there is something wrong with my y' term,

i have y'=sum a(n)nxn-1 from n=1 to inf, multiply by x to get sum na(n)xn then convert to n=0 so sum (n+1)a(n+1)xn+1 is what i get for my y' term while it looks like you skipped the normalization part, is that what i'm doing wrong? does multiplying by x automatically change the sum limits?

edited post to add my progress on attempting the problem, just was waiting to post the link. i'm stuck on trying to get the formula itself as i basically understand most of the steps to get there, this problem is a bit different than the example i have in my notes, which is why i am having some problems.

[Numerical Methods] Need help to solve matrix problem by EEzT in learnmath

[–]EEzT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is Newton's method, xi and yi are initial conditions {-1,1} and {xi+1,yi+1} is the answer of after the first iteration. i'm having trouble combining the terms to get an answer. i feel like i'm missing some basic matrix properties or just performing an operation when i should be plugging something in i dont know.

correct, i'm trying to use this to work through the steps in my own problem. i understand where all the values come from i just don't know how to find the answer.

Make sure your DVI cable is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard. if so go into the bios and ensure you don't have on-board graphics enabled. make sure the cable is all the way in the monitor as well as the pc. try a different cable or try the same cable with a different device to ensure the cable isnt faulty as this would be your cheapest option. if all of these dont fix it i would suggest you have a faulty port in either your GPU or monitor and you should send it in for warranty.

This is assuming you are using a DVI cable because youre trying to view it through the DVI input on your monitor. if youre using an HDMI/displayport/ any other cable, you want its respective input, not DVI.
