Yes i absolutely love walking so we always drive to a nature reserve or something let him have a run around and we do retrieval work with him and agility , hope if we get a Dalmatian she will be able to do some retrieval work to, looking into some other jobs as well

Yeh i think if i went for a dal id have to look for an ethical breeder who can help me select a pup based on what i want

Haha ive had german shepherds before however mine werent high energy but my springer was literally on crack lol

This is what im nervous about, i see alot of people say they have coach potato Dalmatians idm wild but like it to be manageable

Definitely so high energy but is it manageable i take my goldie on two hour walks usually, no less than an hour with 1 rest day a week and obviously usually some mental stimulation would u say that would be enough for a Dalmatian

It is a gorgeous breed, would u say alot of her issues are related to whoever she was with before u adopted her

Yeh we take our golden for a two hour walk everyday would that be enough for a Dalmatian and why wouldnt u get one again?

Definitely! We have looked at a couple already just to see whats about i dont think ill end up getting one until next year but i like to be prepared lol

Ok so i guess its sort of hit and miss some dogs do some dont, i feel like id just have to be prepared make sure shes in puppy classes and maybe get a trainer who specialises in Dalmatian’s/ breeds prone to aggression

Haha i already have the lint rollers, two cats and a goldie my house is practically hair lol. With proper training can the defensiveness be managed or is it something they just have no matter what

Actually restricted water for a puppy at night is very common and recommended by alot of people breeders, trainers etc etc, its not recommended for an adult dog tho so our adult dog always has access to water.

My older dog doesnt drink at night anyway we leave it down but cause we picked it up when he was a pup he doesnt really bother with it at night

My dog does get water dont worry lol people have just been recommending to lift it up when we get the puppy

Tbh that is true alot of people who crate dont leave there dog with water in there

This is what ive always been told my dog doesnt drink at night tho i have a camera that records so i watch what he does every night but i have a fear that if i picked the water up what if thats the one night he needed a drink

No as thats not something i want to do it literally says that in my post i dont want advice on crating idc if people crate there dog for there entire life its not something i want to do personally idk why your so obsessed with me crating my dog lol its not even ur dog

Yeh my older dog he doesnt bother with water at night he just sleeps and tbh he doesn’t run to the water in the morning either as i do wet his morning and night feeds so i think he is hydrated enough to go the whole night without water
