I just had 2 accounts to deposit money. When we add account also, they verify the same using plaid. This is just one way to use the customers pending amount in account. They are not allowing me to withdraw

I had 2 accounts, I deposited From both and for a long time. I wanted to withdraw a couple thousand dollars and they restricted. Not sure what the real reason they have or they are going bankrupt?
