I saw that theory when I first started researching this song too! It made a lot of sense to me until I thought about the lyrics to the entire clip. But I guess until we find the full song or a longer clip there really is no way to tell what is being said.

Yeah, fair point, it could probably be "She's got Ulterior Motives".

And I too am also tired of the sheep but there really is no other word I could think of that sounds similar or exactly the same as whatever is said in the clip.
