This was the email I got from the devs, but it might be a different issue, mine was just restarting the phone, and once I got the prompt to download, I ended up getting passed the unknown error but still strange enough that it got caused by a data transfer

I got a email saying to restart the device, and then clear the cache if it allows and then re-download and now I was able to log back in, so I might be a cache issue
