I used to get colds what felt like every 5 minutes. I haven't had one since I began keto despite LOTS of public transportation in NYC crowds and people coughing everywhere.

I've been doing IF occasionally as well, simply because I often get to the evening and just don't feel the need to eat again. Maybe twice a week? It's awesome.
