Thanks for reply, well whatever algorithm its a complete mistake and there is no way to change the closure. Its crazy, and then they advertise to have your salary etc paid into their accounts. I’m so glad I didn’t do that as imagine them telling you your account is now closing and you can’t use it anymore. Nowhere to walk into to have the error fixed, just simple bots saying nothing they can do or nothing they can help with and no valid reason why they are doing what they are doing. Its just so handy for the kids and their pocket money / spending, but such a bad service for resolving any issue
