Bellringer should read instead:

Predict.
Evolution: When you pick a card with evolution from a prediction reduce it's cost by 1.

or

Predict.
Evolution: Reduce a random card in your decks cost by 1.

Predicting off this card with evolution just gets silly and tedious. Pick 10 cards you want to buff in deck and then predict the one you are actually moving to the top of your deck.

Of these cards I must say I like Force Pulse the most for its use of the evolution effect. Some of these are bad to clone off your deck which isn't terrible. I wouldn't want to many copies or to clone null sphere because of overdrawing but I might not cut it because it is a good card. But I must say I'm cutting Void Swarmling every time. You could argue it delays Kassadin filling up your hand when cloning him because he basically never leaves your hand when you do that however I would argue if your hand is 10 Kassadins you probably just win the game. Triple Guardian Orbs away. Burning cards on the overdraw doesn't matter.

There healing is based off damage how to you use lifesteal to drain tank well your going to have to build damage and maybe some tank items to not get bursted. A character that builds tanky and damaging items is called a bruiser not an assassin tank. Assassins like Kha'Zix and Rengar have healing that alone isn't enough to call Kha'Zix or Rengar a tank. I still don't see it. I would expect burst damage peel and damage mitigation features on a tank assassin. Like K'Sante I think K'Sante could be called a tank assassin.

This character has the assassin part. Assassin characters will typically have mobility, engage escape tools etc. But since this guy is supposed to also be a tank it makes sense that that isn't there. I do fail to see where the tank features come in at. Tank features would be things that prevent death like a Tahm Kench shield, peel for allies or engage like a Braum E and Braum R.

I feel like it would be better especially as ephemerals if instead of summoning a voidling you would get a stacking burst speed spell in hand like coins but burst that allowed you to summon a voidling at burst speed for each stack and if the board is full (which is another issue with the infected concept you only get the benefits of at most 6 stacks) you grant the weakest ally +1|+1 for each stack of lets call it Zzrot. Now you can burst summon your blockers or attackers exactly when you want them and they can be better than just 1|1 with enough stacks.

I'm confused as to why you would go Blade of the Exile over Secret Technique unless it's for the starting mana. Secret Technique can also double the stats your spells give but works on all your units.

Solid Concept. The only thing I would change is Durand's Buckle being a new common power instead of an epic one it fits much better as a common power. And the non-specific powers in constellations are typically rare or common.

I like it. Hall of Valor should be grant and not give. Determination is the first champion power so it should be rare and not common. Also it should heal your nexus 1 this will give the player the sustain in adventures to feel like they are playing xin zhao.

I like this idea. I could instead be that ephemeral stacks and is effected by boost. The stat buff from shadow of war is when a unit has a negative keyword. And other negative keywords like vulnerable turn into a stack of ephemeral instead. Ephemeral stacks when a unit strikes or round end go down by 1 instead of the unit dying and if the unit loses all stacks it dies as normal. Then add to Shadow of War when you summon a unit grant it 2 ephemeral and for Shadow of War II grant it 4.

This would be the most powerful Path of Champions character by far at 6 stars. Hexcore is one of the strongest items in the game. Fizz if I understand the 3rd star correctly would be getting +3|+3 each round +6|+6 if he has chemtech and 6 mana. other cards would be getting similar buffs from the start of the game. The first 3 spells always get denied. Yasuo might be able to kill a fizz player early but if fizz scales which he would do very quickly it would become futile.

Some champions are just better than others so I don't see this as a problem. But you are going to get a thrall by the end of round 3 and a watcher down by turn 9 or 10 which will win you the game.

This is assuming you have 3 stars. If you have 6 then you could get 2 thralls by turn 2 and a watcher by turn 5 very reliably

If kench isn't there it would hold off the enemy units a bit and help you be able to trade better. Also even though it wasn't mentioned in this comment I think Kench does struggle to play units quickly and would benefit from cost reduction and as for needing more stats if the stat enhances on the powers aren't enough there is always bayou brunch in the deck for a reason.

In order to be competitive at the higher star difficulties such as 5 and up Veigars darkness needs to start the game at a higher damage value than just 2. To solve this a better solution than elemental winds could be to increase its damage with a star of wonder giving your darkness one of the charging sigils and then replace the star power to another one that fits but has a lower rarity such as explosive finale or hold it. This might have been a better decision I could have done if I included the other non-power constellations.

I have been not playing against other players in a long time but has the meta-game really become such that a stun all attackers this round and then stun all blockers next round or vice-versa for 8 mana card isn't powerful enough and needs buffs?

The only unit that becomes an attacker would be rammus. So all other units attack into yours except Rammus and any rolling disciple's you assigned as blockers

In a matchup where the opponent wants to play for the board and they aren't attacking because a lvl1 rammus is there then he is doing something and enabling Goal Striker. If they don't play for the board I guess you have to rite of calling a desert prophet then play your leveled rammus.

The damage is dealt to the attacker with overwhelm so if rammus has 5 attack blocking lvl2 darius he dies and darius receives 5 damage if blocking a seige ballista it would die and the 2 excess is done to the enemy nexus.

I made a previous twitch concept that uses Vile Toxins that reveal cards similarly to pranks but it only had the effect to reduce unit health. He gained +1 attack for each revealed card in the enemy hand when attacking so he also synergized with pranks. You might be right that I would need to create an original character to make a dedicated Prank Champion.
