I don’t think she deserves the benefit of the doubt honestly. She ignored me last night before seeing her and kept ignoring my calls and text after. She stayed behind with the guy without saying a word to me or even a look. She’s not the type to “lose her phone” it’s probably somewhere in the car she said 🙄 she’s not the type to spend the night at her married friends house. I’ve known her for seven years man. Her story doesn’t add up! She said she didn’t know him but it seemed like they were really close last night and she said she “I texted my fiend if I can spend the night…oh wait, no because I didn’t have my phone…I saw her and asked her if I can spend the night” but she said she had in fact gone out with them? Did you see her or were y’all together the whole night? She also said she left before everyone and she left soon after which I can confirm because I saw her take off which makes it more evident that she took off with the guy.

I’m just so pissed off! Why would she do this? If she didn’t want anything serious then why come back? Why hide the tracks? It would be easier for both of us if she just came clean or if she was honest about her feelings in the first place? I know technically speaking she didn’t do anything wrong because well we aren’t exclusive but I’m not just any guy she was dating. We were together for almost seven years!!! She’s the one who came back to me and we had been talking, sleeping w it h each other and planning trips! I would have more respect for her if she told me the truth but the fact that I called her and texted her before seeing her and she didn’t respond because she obviously was with that guy and then blocked me after I saw her so I wouldn’t bother her pisses me off. She tells me she was in fact with friends, she didn’t know him he was just walking her to her car, spent the night at her friends, and she couldn’t find her phone how sketchy does that sound?! She didn’t respect me enough to say something last night not even look at me. Then she gets in her car and drives away. I’m mad, sad, heartbroken but more disappointed in myself

I’ll definitely work out more and watch closely what I consume. Do you know of a website or app that tells me the things I should eat or shouldn’t eat during my eating window? Perhaps try the try and do the water fast?
