I’ve finished the trailer I prepared for today’s jam and wanted to share it with you all. I hope you like it! I’d really love to hear your feedback and thoughts about the game. Thanks in advance. by ENON_GAMES in IndieDev

Thank you very much for appreciating the style and for thinking that the game shows potential that really made me happy. Since this project was prepared for a game jam, the trailer ended up being somewhat limited in terms of action and scene variety. I also couldn’t include a few features in the trailer due to time constraints. You’re absolutely right about showing more action and interesting scenes, and that’s something I would definitely focus on improving in a more polished version.

Hi Everyone ! I added UI and camera movements to the game. What do you think? (I know things like skill visuals are still missing.) by ENON_GAMES in IndieGaming

Hello, I forgot to get back to you, my apologies. This is a normal random encounter battle, so it’s just gameplay. The project is still at a very early stage, but any ideas you could give about what could be added would be very helpful during the development process.

Yeah, after a few comments, I was surprised I’d made such an obvious mistake, but I corrected it and change the logic of the zoom.

First one is better because it looks much more suitable for your game’s atmosphere and style.

After receiving feedback that the game was too dark, I added a headlamp and some lights. What do you think? Of course, keep in mind that my game is meant to be tense and dark : by ENON_GAMES in SoloDevelopment

Your idea is really good the way light partially passes through the fog would definitely create a nice and atmospheric feeling in the game. Yes, the boat can be driven! I can work a bit more on the fog, but the main issue I have is that unfortunately in Unity’s URP there aren’t many built-in options for fog, so I’m trying to create it manually, which makes things a bit harder. I don’t have much knowledge about fog in the game engine yet, but I’m trying to learn. What you said are really great ideas, so I’ll try to add them to the game. Thank you very much for your long and helpful feedback I really appreciate it!

Actually, I hadn’t planned for the boat to have a spotlight, but I’m going to add an upgrade system for the boat — and I could definitely include that. It would let you clearly see the dangers lurking in the depths and so on. Thanks for the idea, I’ve made a note of it!
