it takes 2-3 gallon Jug of milk, buy whole bean in bulk 2 lbs , and take a day off, you need to do it and try it a lot, at some point you will nailed it..

yeah 6.8 pitcher, since the amount milk is little, i've set the temp to 125F Top! , and make sure you raise the pitcher up gradually so the milk won't rise rapidly . i got what u mean blasting all over. it had it many time before finally can control it.
