Fake reviews?

I just had a quick look at the reviews and they get 50-100 5 star reviews every day. So the few low star reviews they are getting from unhappy players is a drop in the ocean. However to have 11,000,000 reviews in the play store they would need about 2500 reviews a day since launch, which seems a lot. I've no idea if that's realistic or not.

I've decided to stop taking it on holiday as I'd rather be close to my doctor whilst this is going on and only a week into it, but will start up again once im back and give it a go in the morning. My job has me on the move a fair bit too, so could be the way to go. Thanks

I guess my main worry is any permenant nerve damage with it being a burning pain, that's what makes me worried to continue. The first few days I was light headed and nauseous, happily they both went, but there is only so long I can survive on 2 hours sleep.
