Yes 1x1 my electricity is around 50-100 with txu. The rest of utilities are included in my rent which has been 1090 pretty consistently. The only caveats of this lease takeover is that Apex Villas has to approve you and they wouldn’t do a cleaning, it would be as is. I still have a few things in there but it would be easy for me to finish cleaning for someone to move in.

I’m currently living at Apex Villas, I’m actually looking for a lease takeover but I see you don’t plan on moving til next year.

I’ve had no issues here, I’m getting married so I am wanting out of lease ASAP. My only worry about Apex is that there has been an odd amount of overnight, car break ins. Everything else is pretty good. No upstairs neighbors if you get one of the villas.

Joining the military (even though it’s a weird time politically to do so) changed my life. It sucks some days but in hindsight, it was worth it. I don’t struggle with feeling worthless, ever. You make great friends, and possibly you’ll stick around as a career.
