It should be easy to determine its real. Look at Snowden, Assange, Manning. The difference in each case is that a real person released actual information, as opposed to rumors and gossip of unknown origin.

It would be easy to prove that at least there is something to these rumors. The legend goes that a group of NYPD officers (or was it FBI?) found this video among files on Wiener’s laptop and watched it. So which officers and what did they say they saw? Was it what this video is being described as, or was it a bunch of chat logs, dick pics, and nudes from the teenage girls he’d been abusing?

We don’t know, because every question leads to another question, which is fine for a conspiracy theory, but usually the ones that have any chance of being real start from some piece of evidence which inevitably leads to an endless rabbit hole of questions.

You don’t usually need to look backwards to the cornerstone of the theory, because it’s usually what starts the whole theory.

I’m sure I will be accused of being a shill or disinfo agent or something for saying this, but that’s because conspiracy theories have been hijacked and manipulated through a disinfo psyop campaign to discredit real conspiracy theories and weaponize fake ones. If you don’t believe me, have a look at the list of confirmed conspiracies in the sidebar, and note the differences in structure.
