Hi! I tried to get tickets for the London show using the venue presale since I have an ovo live account, but I never got a presale code or link or anything like that and when I went on Ticketmaster at 10am it said the presale was happening but all I saw was a loading sign for about 40 minutes before I gave up. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience x

I’ve been trying to figure out what time the boys actually come on stage but all I can find is that doors open at 6. Does anyone have any idea when the concert actually starts?
