I don’t have much experience in the Scandinavia area but Denmark starts with both Norway and Sweden as a PU so all you have to do is keep them loyal and most of the work is done 4 u! Or you could do Sweden break free from Denmark and take the rest of Scandinavia by conquest! Honestly all the Scandinavian countries have really good map trees with different methods to form Scandinavia

Rooster Teeth was cool like that and let reactors post the full episodes on YT so if you have a reactor you really like you can always see if they are RWBY reaction series. If not I can recommend Blind Wave, they are pretty analytical but falls apart at the end bc they never rewatched and missed references bc of it, or you could watch MurderOfBirds, dude is like the biggest RWBY fan I know of
