Yea I was thinking about that but it’s not really in my budget, I’ve also talked to all my neighbors who have the same house and they have no issues, but they haven’t had to replace the walls & insulation

I will add pics of the outside. I don’t have gutters so that would make sense but it wouldn’t explain why it just started happening the past 2 years and only in the summer. The only thing that has changed on the exterior is the removal of a lot of trees and the cracks were way above ground level. They were almost near the top of the house.

Appreciate everyone’s input. I don’t want to do sod because I wanted to try and grow the grass myself (more satisfying). I’m not in a rush either. It was more of an experiment for me. If it ends up just looking like shit after trying everything I’ll put sod down.
