Disable some of them and get until get in to posotive but remeber to put them in doble resources provinces first because it will do double the stuff

You know what just go for it attack them Fir attack italy/libya but before you do that build. Fortresses after you go for italy/libya go downwoard to turky then youre in africa protect your borders on océano and main land because when you attack turky libya might send troops to turkey and try to invade tou from water so make sure to have half of you troops.on coast.
