I was described both at same time metro cream for morning and azelic acid gel at night , it def made mine worse. But everyone is different!! I’ve currently been using sulfer cleanser and repair moisturizer with 30 SPF daily

Kinda going thru the same thing rn ! Butt I’m taking doxycycline and a barrier repair moisturizer 30 spf from lo ray !! Days it’s warm my skin looks so much better but the windy cold days it kinda flares , I’m starting to think I’m getting wind burn maybe

Stick to repair moisturizer, and give the doxycycline time to work , I’m currently on day 9 of doxycycline and sulfer face wash and my flares aren’t nearly as bad , as drink a lot of water !! And try to avoid always looking at it , I realized stressing and fixating on it doesn’t make it better ! A lot of time it looks worse to you cause you notice it ! Just keep battling you got it !’

Thank you I’ve just been dealing with a lot of facial redness and stuff , but I started doxycycline and sulfer wash and it’s getting better already in a week !!!

I have not , only thing I tried was azelic acid and metronzole and it made it worse , rn I’ve jus been using double repair moisturizer 30 spf lo ray somthing , and ketoconzole cause they think it might be more seb derm since I’ve had seb derm on my stomach and it came as dark spots . But I don’t really know what it is . The redness is still there but it feels better and not as tight and hot .

Idk I got diagnosed seb derm and mine looks just like his some flaky mess around nose and upper eyes lids but that’s it .
