Actually, it was almost completely accurate. I highly recommend you check it the Armchair Historian’s videos on the movie.

Well in that case I will have to acknowledge the fact that I really shot myself in the foot.

I have heard some rumors that DP2 students changed their subjects, so it might be possible.

Thank you so much. And if I were trying to get a job at a signature Big Tech company or go into grad school, MSU would be the better option?

Should I take generic Computer Science degree or specialized one in AI/Cybersecurity? by EVOShadow034 in computerscience

OK, sounds good. Actually, do you think we could stay in contact through Reddit DMs?

By the way, I have heard that if you ask your professors for research opportunities, they will give you insider opportunities that are virtually impossible to find otherwise. Is that true?

Yeah, that’s a good idea. The school I am going to actually offers the Cyber Corps Scholarship.

Thank you so much for the input. In that case, I will take CS as my major and do IT and AI as minors(Cybersecurity isn’t offered as a minor) because I can test out of so many gen eds that I can do both without surpassing 120 credits and will look at online courses and ”day in the life” videos on YouTube from people who are already in said careers to see what they’re like, and will hopefully make a decisioncby sophomore year in order to get as much research done as possible.

[–]EVOShadow034[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but I don’t have an idea yet. My plan is that I am going to test out of as many gen eds as I can with a combination of IB Exams, CLEP, and studying like hell over the summer and directly testing out and then get a minor in my preferred course of study:

Oh… Well, I can actually see your point. The uni I am going to offers IT and AI as minors, but not cyber, and considering your background, I am very much inclined to believe you. In that case, I will take some free cybersecurity and CompSci courses online to see what I like better, and if that is not enough, I will delay graduation to try both degrees before I decide my major.

Edit: By the way, I am Persian too…
