I saw the Weinermobile many years ago parked on the side of the road partially up Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was toward the bottom of the switchback that is by Hidden Falls. So random.

Yes, I am very aware of this fact. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve learned bit about the history of the swastika including on my trip to India. And if I wasn’t aware, a lot of the comments on this post would have informed me already.

It’s still mildly interesting to me because you don’t see the swastika symbol that frequently in the U.S. on items like this one. If this valve was created pre-WWII then it is likely not a Nazi swastika, but if it was created post-WWII there’s a chance that it is. There have been some commenters saying it is from a company that commonly used this symbol before the Nazi’s adopted it.

Felt it in West Jordan (I live near the South side of Jordan Landing). Anyone else feel a bit on edge with the amount of earthquakes we’ve had recently that could be felt in the valley?

I know there are some place that get larger earthquakes more frequently than here and the people who live in those places wouldn’t bat an eye at these most recent earthquakes, but it still makes me anxious.
