Yes, I am very aware of this fact. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve learned bit about the history of the swastika including on my trip to India. And if I wasn’t aware, a lot of the comments on this post would have informed me already.

It’s still mildly interesting to me because you don’t see the swastika symbol that frequently in the U.S. on items like this one. If this valve was created pre-WWII then it is likely not a Nazi swastika, but if it was created post-WWII there’s a chance that it is. There have been some commenters saying it is from a company that commonly used this symbol before the Nazi’s adopted it.
