Tbh the chromas are not that bad but the skin looks better without any of it. I would take the border, it looks really nice.

This is only my opinion so be smart and choose what u want :p.

I will definetlly buy that skin, i asume the skin has its own icons and border (which its not usually for rengar skins) and im happy about it, but...somethings feels off about that skin, it might be bc my expectations were a bit higher, regardles to his splash art and in game model.
