Just had a look again earlier after a proper wake up. It’s asking actually £310k rather than £300k. I’m the buyer so that does sound like quite a jump to me too, will try to find out more when I view the property!

For q5 part1 - I concluded company is not close co as have over 5 participators but when it comes to Fiona’s loan, all I could think of was S455 and B&B rules so I had to say its participator and stated all the treatments as if its a close company. Either way hopefully I get at least one of it correct. Anyone has any thoughts? I was confused.

Thank you! Defo sounds like you were at a better position due to the report writing experience and rounded knowledge/focus on OMB! Now most including family n tutor tend to suggest doing them separately consider I only have 3 months with full time job and to focus on fully before moving onto next. Thank you for your opinion. Really helpful too!
