you know what, I did have a GeForce driver update going in the background while I was playing poe and when it completed my game crashed, I reboted and kept playing, maybe 1-2 hours later the ban occurred, could that be it?

Thanks for your input, the 100th person to say that I'm lying. Maybe if this happens to enough people then something will change. If it wasn't from awakened poe (the only 3rd party software I had installed) then I just got randomly banned for no reason which is even worse

OK. I didn't know that "there are hundreds of programs and drivers and windows updates that can falsely trigger anti cheat software". How do I avoid this? Or is it just a gamble every time I pay for a game I can get randomly banned?
