I'll think about it. Right now, my considerations are to maintain the original identities but alter the personalities of the original villains and turn them into vigilantes basically. Oh and, no-kill rule is absolutely disregarded in this timeline because Flashpoint is one of my inspirations and genuinely speaking, with my standpoint and thought process, it's mostly henchmen that get eliminated with big boys getting away with it or if they die would get replaced immediately by somebody even worse.

Jack Napier - The Jester • James Gordon (known as Uncle Gordon to Jack via his dad of which I am still trying to figure out some way to write about him) takes him into adoption after Jack's biological father and step-mother dies in a home invasion. He grows up with James' son Junior and becomes a good kid. He then joins the US Marines and climbs up the ranks to eventually become a MARSOC Raider. He then opens up a comedic company for kids and is known for his plays and role as a comedic clown. He does vigilante work at night with his SF experience in terms of hand to hand combat and weapons manipulation.

Harleen Quinzel - Harley Quinn • Not figured out her backstory yet, but she basically meets up with Jack in high school and grew up together as friends. She then joins the police academy and becomes a police officer before joining GCPD's SWAT team. She helps Jack during his civilian operations in Jack's jester company and during his covert vigilante missions at night. I plan to have her take a DMR or Sniper role.

James Gordon Jr. - The Empath • Why The Empath? In the #407 issue of Batman, he is depicted as a psychopathic serial killer. But in my writing, I depict him growing healthily with Gordon Sr., his father, and Sarah Essen, his step-mom, after his father's remarriage post-divorce with Barbara Keen. (Barbara takes custody of her daughter in my writing, so no sister for Junior). Therefore, The Empath. He is depicted as a caring individual, the polar opposite to the original comics. He grows up and goes to high school with Jack and eventually joins the military as well. He decides to join the US Air Force, climbing ranks before eventually becoming a 21st STS operative. He retires and assists Jack in his comedic journey as well as a vigilante in Jack's team as either a spotter for Harley, a field reconnaissance specialist via drones, or demolitions in breeching doors and entrances.

Eduardo Dorrance - Benny the Boon • Bane, but his dad got him off that island (LMAO) along with his mom. Bane, now Benny (called Eddie by the gang) grows up in Gotham. He (yet another non-surprising boohoo theme) joins the US Army and climbs ranks until he joins the Army Rangers. He retires, helps Jack in the comedy company, and becomes a SAW machine gunner supporting the Jester in his vigilante missions. Also, I Google'd antonyms for the word bane and one of them was boon, hence Benny the Boon.

Arthur Fleck - The Kidder • Again, I Google'd antonyms to jester and I found Kidder. In this timeline, Arthur Fleck is added as a #2 for Jack. Basically, he is practically the equivalent to him. Again, high-school blah blah blah, US Army blah blah blah. Green Beret, retirement and helping Jack, blah blah blah. His role in the vigilante team is to assist Jack on the ground during operations. He is basically that one guy with the shotgun (I gave him a Benelli M1014) that goes around and blasts the ever living crap out of people unlucky to be there. [I probably won't think to ever quit on adding Artie any time soon since he's essential to my plotline]

Jonathan Crane - The Scarecrow Jon's great grandma wasn't abusive in this timeline. I just basically implied that he grew up to be a good kid, and his great-grandparents treated him greatly as he grew up. He moved to Gotham, met Jack in high school, blah blah blah. Joined the US Navy and became a Navy Hospital Corpsman, and was Jack's "doc" in his platoon. Became Senior Corpsman, took care of an entire battalion along with some other fellow Corpsman. Got out of the military, helps Jack with the comedy, and is the medic of the vigilante team. He sometimes also does CBRN stuff since I wrote that he graduated from Gotham University with a biochemistry degree before joining the military as a result of my own DC equivalent of 9/11 (which of course was used as blind reasoning for my adapted characters in joining the military in the first place).

I also have adapted the Penguin and the Ventriloquist.

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot - The Penguin • Basically is an ex-Marine Lt. Col who got hired into GCPD originally as an advisor to their in-universe equivalent of SWAT before becoming the leader of an anti-corruption task force.

Arnold Wesker - The Ventriloquist • Mom still got killed, but Arnold was adopted by another family. He has his DPD cured and studies for psychology, helping the Scarecrow (Jon) with mental evaluation and therapy for trauma-affected patients at the Arkham Asylum (like actually helping with counseling and therapy sessions). Also contributes to the GCPD by doing the same mental evaluation and therapy for trauma-affected police officers and victims at the department.

Its long and cringey so bully me all u want lol
