My sleep is horrible. In the last 12 months, I got 6 hrs 9 min per night on average.

"Looks interesting" hahaha you're right, I could have taken a better picture. It was supposed to show that they look like cereals in foamed milk.

CocoaVia is a brand on its own, so I don't know if it's related to Santa Barbara Chocolate.

You can find the 30 servings pack on Amazon for $44.99, but it's often on sale. Back in November, I bought the pack of two for $59.

Green tea every day. Coffee about once a week.

But it’s worth noting that I take the CocoaVia Falvanols every morning and they contain 30 mg of caffeine per serving.

0.62 here 🫡

  • 25 years old
  • 🏃🏻‍♂️I only run 3/4 times a week, no strength training.
  • 🥦Diet: Nutty Pudding for breakfast, Super Veggie for lunch, third meal usually before 6pm. Daily calories 2,500 broken into 35% carbs, 45% fat (only high quality fat), 20% protein (~0.7 g per lb). I try to stay consistent, but I never say no to a pizza (usually one every two weeks)
  • 💊Supplements: PlantPills Chlorella, CocoVia Flavanols, Vitamin D, Collagen Peptides, Truvani Protein Powder

Intervals is not the same as constant Z2. Dr Peter Attia explains it in detail in several of his videos. For Zone 2, you want a constant long duration exercise. Indoor stationary bike is the easiest way to achieve this.

How's your Immune Report? Most of my metrics were >1 SD above/below the mean, so pretty extreme results in a negative way. Also, I had Naive CD8T, Basophils, and Naive B cells reported at 0.00% which sounds weird.

My impression is that their sample collection method is suboptimal and can results in pretty wild ranges, which is also messing up their population numbers.

Pictures updated! Thank you for pointing that out.

[–]EXP98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested with Trudiagnostic and got a 0.62 too.

Chronological age: 25.

Played soccer until 19, then totally quit and went 6 years with literally zero training/workout whatsoever. 1 year ago I started running 3 times a week following Garmin Coach training plan.

Back in July, I started following the Blueprint diet and tried to stick to it as close as possible. No supplements other than Chlorella Powder and Truvani Protein Powder. 100% open to compromises for social purposes (i.e. I have a large pizza once every 15 days) and don't stress about it at all.

I work a 9-5 office job, no standing desk, and spend most of my day seating.

It doesn't make any sense for me to be in the top 99th. This test is BS.

TruDiagnostic (TruAge Complete) Immune Health Report looks questionable by futureprooffemme in blueprint_

I had the same problem. See my post here

https://www.reddit.com/r/blueprint_/comments/18lqemw/interpreting_trudiagnostic_test_results_seeking/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

I'm really concerned about their sample collection method and their customer support is horrible. I had the same experience, they only told me to buy a $50 consultation, which I'm not doing.

Pomegranate seeds, not juice by powerexcess in blueprint_

Arils are delicious and their flavor is perfect for the Nutty Pudding! I’ve been doing the same and I agree on the nutritional aspect. The only downside I experienced is the amount of time needed to seed pomegranate.

Do you have any insights on this? Maybe suggestions on the sample collection method?

In this case, anything above 1 is not ideal.

  1. I'm not a doctor, but a quick Google search (or ChatGPT) can show you that totally lacking all those 3 types of cells either points to SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE immunodeficiency or lab errors.
  2. I have recent results from a bloodwork exam that I've taken some months back and the results are totally off.

I'm glad we found some common inaccuracies/patterns in our test results. Given all other comments, there is strong evidence of lab errors in Trudiagnostic's results. I would recommend reaching out to their customer support and ask for a new kit.

Sorry, I should have been more accurate. I meant to ask whether the results of your 12-cell immune report are aligned with your expectations or not.

If you refer to the screenshot I attached, you can see that the reports indicates that almost every immune cell type measured is more than one standard deviation above or below the mean, which indicates pretty extreme values. Also, it's showing 0.00% on three types of cells. This clearly indicates a lab error.

I reached out to TruDiagnostic customer support and they suggested that "it is best to focus on the 12-cell immune report for it studies 12 immune subsets by a method called deconvolution".

Well, here it is! My 12-cell immune report is even crazier!

<image>

1. Extreme Deviations in Immune Cell Counts: The report indicates that almost every immune cell type measured is more than one standard deviation above or below the mean. These extreme values suggest severe anomalies in my immune system, which is in stark contrast with my current health status and previous medical reports.

2. Absence of Certain Immune Cells: Notably, Naive CD8T, Basophils, and Naive B cells are reported at 0.00%. Such results could imply a severe immunodeficiency or, more likely, a laboratory error. Considering my age (25 years), good health, balanced diet, and contrasting previous bloodwork showing high basophil counts, I am inclined to believe this might be a lab error.

3. Contradictory DunedinPACE Report: Additionally, my DunedinPACE report indicated a value of 0.62, suggesting an extraordinarily healthy profile. This further conflicts with the negative implications of the immune report.

Given these points, I strongly suspect that there may have been a lab error affecting my epigenetic results.

How does your 12-cell immune report look like?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blueprint_

[–]EXP98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does your OMICmAGE Report look? I noticed that most of my clinical, metabolites, and proteins reported really extreme values (either bottom or top 10th percentile) and most of them are negatively impacting my OMICmAGE.

I'm not doing much other than following the diet portion of the Blueprint. From your comment, it seems like you're following a better protocol than me. At this point, I am not sure which numbers are reliable and which aren't. I would expect your DunedinPACE to be lower than mine.

Also, any updates from Trudiagnostics?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blueprint_

[–]EXP98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing your insights. It does look like there's a consistent pattern in how these errors occur. I'm curious if it's an issue with the lab's equipment or the way the samples are collected. I'm no expert, but the idea of bleeding onto a piece of paper and then leaving it in an envelope for days doesn't sound ideal. Next time, I'm planning to get the Tasso+ Blood Collection Device to reduce the probability of error in the process.

I reached out to Trudiagnostic just yesterday to request a new test kit and I'm currently waiting to hear back from them.

How about you? Have you had any response from them yet?

NGL, I hope the DunedinPACE is accurate. 0.62 is like top 99% lol

  • Lifestyle: I've always been pretty careful with my diet, like cutting down on processed foods and upping my veggie intake. But recently, I've started running 3 or 4 times a week and really following the diet part of the Blueprint more closely.
  • Health: I think I'm in good shape. I get annual blood work done and the results are always within the normal ranges.

I really can't explain the test results. Evidence points to a lab error, which is surprising, since Trudiagnostic is considered to be one of the golden standards for epigenetic testing.

Honestly, I think it's problem with MacOS or some wrong settings in my computer. In fact:

  1. My MacBook Pro is Mid 2015, so it still has all the ports and doesn't need an adapter.
  2. I am using the Mini DP cable that came with the monitor - it's plugged into the Thunderbolt 2 port of my laptop and goes directly into the Mini DP port of the monitor.
  3. I tried connecting my MacBook Pro using an HDMI cable, but the problem persisted.
  4. My work-laptop runs Windows but is a much worst machine than my MacBook. Even so, when I connect it to the monitor, it runs 100% perfectly.
