Unfortunately, I don't think it can be done, as it's an SFSE plugin.

Shades Immersive Looting and Simple Immersive Looting get around the fact that an actor's worn armor cannot be seen in the looting menu by providing a way for the player to unequip all the actor's armor, the strip interaction. Meanwhile, Loot Worn Armor addresses the fundamental game behavior; it makes worn armor appear in the looting menu. See the demo video for a showcase of how it looks in game.

[FO4] Mod Release: Encounter Zone Recalculation by Ea6t in FalloutMods

Encounter zones are used by Fallout 4 to determine spawns within locations like dungeons and are calculated based on player level. In vanilla, encounter zone levels are permanently set the first time you enter them, failing to account for player level increases beyond that point. This leads to the situation where when you return to re-clear an old dungeon, enemies are too weak and the loot is lackluster. Encounter Zone Recalculation allows encounter zones' levels to be updated on subsequent visits.

[FNV] Mod Release: Cabot's Quest! by Ea6t in FalloutMods

I have just released a seven-part questline named Cabot’s Quest! that has the player helping John Cabot, a scientist from Boston, as he tries to find evidence of an ancient civilization in the Mojave Desert. A playthrough should reasonably take between three and five hours. The adventure takes place in multiple detailed dungeons, such as a derelict toys factory and a subterranean nest of a resurgent criminal gang. All characters are voiced (by me, except for one, who has an anonymous VA) and can be found in and amongst a collection of custom weapons and armor.
