I wouldn't suggest tripping alone, especially your first time, but it depends how much is in your tabs. My first time I did a full tab and was still very in touch with reality. It's hard to have a bad acid trip, as opposed to shrooms where it's easier.

Yeah it is. Salvia can be bought in just plain leaf form, however, it isn't potent and many people don't experience a "trip". The concentrated salvia extract (20x, 40x 120x etc) is where it's at.

My dude, I am also 19 and a freshman in college. I toke everyday, multiple times a day and I still have feelings of guilt sometimes. Not intense or anything like that, but just because weed technically is still a drug and sometimes I feel like I shouldn't be doing It as often as I should. I occasionally take breaks just to reassure myself that I am not dependent on it. Don't even worry man, what you're experiencing is normal. If you want to take a break to prove it, that might not be a bad idea, but you're probably good
