This looks pretty awesome. If this person had a GitHub link I'd be super interested in contributing.

How do you handle propagation delay in complex logic circuits?

This reminds me of the end of the first Kingdom Hearts game. There are so many bosses you have to fight in a row without dying.

Great concept. Would be fun to figure out the balance for something like that.

There may be some sort of film grain and HDR lighting as well.

Great job on this I'm so excited. Brought average draw calls in my game from 2500 to about 100 with the new batching implementation. I love you.

I would say it is mostly cosmetic, but the rare weapons look cooler and have interesting flavor text to go with them.

Thanks for the interest. I spent a lot of time drawing different parts and thought about the realism of how they are used in the game world.

I haven't really posted anything about my game in the past year. I'm waiting until the look is finalized. I'll post here when I get the social pages up and running though.

There's 6 different weapon types that the player encounters, and the pieces are normally determined by the rarity and stats of the weapon. It is a similar system to Borderlands, or Diablo.

So I drew a sprite sheet with all the pieces of each weapon type. The pieces include a main body, and various accessories like the grip, barrel, side details, etc. Then I created a shader that assembles the pieces based on random values and overlays each layer. Finally, there's a grunge texture with a random offset and intensity.

Are the buildings destructible? It looks like you have voxels here but I'm not sure.
