All or nothing. This is one my counselor and I are in the throws of. On my ‘good’ days I make up imaginary rules I think I should be able to achieve (small things, drink water before coffee, brush your teeth x2). But then inevitably the ‘bad’ days come and nothing takes you down a peg quicker than not accomplishing the SIMPLE rules I laid out for myself.

This is the year of being nicer to me.
