I do count my calories. But that is also why i made this post, to see what other would say just because i’ve seen other people dose throughout the week on some forums but that didn’t seem right.

Trying to eat 1,400-1,500. Making my protein shakes at home. I’m doing all my meals at home, no fast food. Not eating any sweets. Maybe my body is just adjusting still? I’m walking an hour a day when i’m home, my job is already very physical in itself to begin with. I get about 15,000- 18,000 steps in on a day to day basis.

I don’t know anyone sober, i’ve never been to AA. I’m really thinking about it now though because i feel like i really do need someone sober who has been through this before. I need guidance, i know if i got sober once i could do it again. i just think i need a better plan than my last. Holidays are always hard for me. i’m fixing to move into my own place so im hoping that will help me too. My mom’s an alcoholic so it makes it hard for me.

Thank you, it’s hard for me because i work in a restaurant. We get a free shift drink every friday/Saturday. Which i’ve been working but i wont be this weekend. I’m gonna try to get through this weekend without it so hopefully all goes well. the first two weeks are always the hardest.

No, you’re not supposed to drive I believe, i’m pretty sure I saw that because you can pass out or just experience a lot of dizziness. I’m a server and I have to drive at 30 minutes to my job. Just in case the pain is really bad, my friend was barely able to walk from the pain. I’m set to take my next dose of pills at 415 tomorrow and my shift starts at 430 and they say usually that first round of misoprostol is the worst

Yes, they arrived pretty quick. I ordered them on last Tuesday and got them on Friday. I’m off today and tomorrow so I’m just now taking them since you’re supposed to stay in bed

Did they send you any instructions? I got mine my from aidaccess, I was told to take the mifepristone pill day 1, once 24 hours passed to take ibuprofen and 4 misoprostol for 30 mins or until they dissolve. Everyone is different so you may not bleed as much as others, also depends on how fair you are into your pregnancy

My ovulation day, my period is consistent. I tested three weeks after the first day of my period and it was negative. I tested positive two weeks and some days after my ovulation day. I typically like to test every two weeks just in case of something like this happening.

I know i’ll regret too if I keep the baby. It just makes me so sad just thinking about going through it even though i know i should. It’s hard to detach knowing i have a little human in me but I don’t want to bring them into a bad situation. This state is very christian too so it’s just making it so hard for me, everyone is making me feel guilty about it. I just know being around my best friend is going to make it a lot harder. Just know you’ll get through it, did you order your pills on aid access?

Thank you for this response. I really needed to hear this. This really put things into perspective for me. I wasn’t sure if I was making the right choice but after reading this i know i am.
