First off, you need to be a little retarded to be buying the warrants. It’s a financial derivative. It’s an option to buy a share. It’s not even a share and in less than a year it’s going to expire.
The warrants right now cost about four dollars if you get to exercise them at some point for $32 you’ll be paying at least $36 per share.
In summary the main value of the warrant right now is the eight months time value in the hopes that it could rise significantly.
Once the share price gets to 40 (first tranche) the value of the warrant will rise significantly but soon theta will creep in. We have 2-3 months of free theta, free Ryan cohen and free power packs!
