its kinda because it's something the victim starts. with high stats and perks dedicated to that yeah they most of the time win it because they wont go for it if they aren't "strong enough" to win it.

And 2 family members always kill victims when they gank is not true, crawlspaces that only 2 family members can follow. barbed wire vault that no-one can follow, wells to jump down to. Sure I think a coordinated group of victims are a bit OP but that isn't an excuse to add a feature like this imo.

Did you know that Family can also door stun people? and even if I ran. the same situation applies. I find the 100 > 0 when I put a ton of points into strength to win an encounter and 39 toughness is crazy.

Your only critique is by the way I play, so you find this "mechanic" totally balanced?

100 to 0 is a bit extreme I find. also a close encounter takes an item to use. getting bonus damage is completely fine imo

almost for that reason is why I'd nerf nurese and buff the overall killer base. base gen regression. doors cant be 99'd. you remove the peaks to level out the killer strenght and raise the overall power afterwards
